The WeCare License Reinstatement Program is designed to assist defendants in getting their
license reinstated as well as educating them on the process for reinstatements as important as
the process, the intent is to shift the mindset of defendants to clearly understand they can
become a law-abiding citizen again. Creating a roadmap for this to happen is an integral part of
the process. We want them to understand, “It’s not you against us.” Therefore, defendants
quickly learn if eligible, they can drive again without fear, panic, monetary costs, and/or jail by
temporarily securing a hardship license until “all” driving privileges are reinstated.
