Each area is comprised of relationship building, critical thinking, problem solving, conflict
management, effective communication, work prioritization and time management soft skills
training.

iLEAD (i Learn, Earn, Accelerate, and Demonstrate) Workshop

Critical Insights offers an iL.E.A.D Leadership Development Collaboration Workshop, under its
leadership development umbrella, to provide a distinct picture of each individual’s thinking and
behavioral attributes. The workshop provides participants with valuable insights as to what
triggers certain feelings, thoughts or behaviors regardless of age, gender, race, education or
socio-economic status.

The workshop is designed for all individuals with a customization component to meet your
specific needs in a group setting of up to 30 participants. Each workshop is centered around that
particular audience with scenarios to discuss so that participants can immediately connect the
dots to their daily lives. In addition, one of the most critical success factors is that participants
are provided insight into how and why they are being perceived a certain way.

Each participate will receive their own personal profile with a narrative and tips on how to better
communicate, de-escalate, manage conflict, build better relationships and teams, become more of
a critical thinker, problem solver, build trust and ultimately become a better leader.
