CEO and Owner

Dr. Chenavis Evans, Ph.D. is the CEO and Owner of Critical Insights Consulting, LLC. In 2006, she was recognized as one of Auburn University’s distinguished Alumni. Dr. Evans holds four Degrees from Auburn University: Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Organizational Psychology as well as a Master of Science.  A Masters of Education in Counseling and Counseling Psychology, specialization in in College Student Development and a Bachelor of Art in Psychology. During her academic career, she was also an adjunct faculty where she taught quantitative methods and worked closely with students at a local community college in remedial English and math in preparation for college.

Additionally, Dr. Evans is the co-founder of ROC (Reaching Our Children) Schools of Excellence (Reaching our Children) where she volunteered and taught leadership development to children.  She was one of the 12 Women recognized in Lee County for her community involvement in the advancement of under privileged children. Dr. Evans has worked with over 200 children working with them to accelerate development of their soft skills such as problem solving, effective communication, relationship building and critical thinking.

Dr. Evans has over 25 years in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching,  Organizational Re-engineering  and  Strategy in corporate America both domestically and Internationally (Sanya, China, Sal Palo, Brazil, Nicossia, Cyprus, York, Mexico, South Africa).  Her work includes the creation of multiple business models end to end that help transforms organizations in one of the world’s largest fortune payment processing companies where she is recognized as a Change Agent.  She also established TSYS First Distinguished Professorship in partnership with Auburn University’s College of Engineering in data mining –behavioral modeling.  In addition she partnered with Morehouse Human Centered Computing Lab to establish a business model to help successfully transition African American male graduates into the workplace

Although Dr. Evans has a long successful career in academia and corporate America, her interest and passion is helping individuals better understand their thinking and behavioral attributes to achieve personal growth through deeper self understanding.
