The following are instructions to help you complete an Emergenetics® questionnaire online:
- Visit the website: www.Emergenetics.com
- Click the Red button on the left side of the page that says “Take the Emerginetics Profile”. You can also mouse-over the “Products/Services” tab, and click on “Assessments”, then “Emergenetics Profile” from that dropdown menu.
- Now you are on the “Take the Emergenetics Profile” page. Because you are taking the questionnaire as an individual, click on the red button on the left side of the page, which says: Click to Access Report Questionaire Without Control Code or an an Individual.
- Fill out the registration form using your specific control code that has been sent to you from Critical Insights.
- Please complete the ‘Authorization to Release Results’ box on the website with Critical Insight Consulting completing this release you are agreeing to share your results with the group.
- Click ‘Submit’ and begin the questionnaire.

- Once the questionnaire has been taken, an individual debriefing will be held in which you will learn how your thinking and behavioral attributes affect your communication, creativity, productivity and ability to work together-more details to come. *There is no right or wrong answers*. It is not an intelligence test and all survey responses are kept confidential. During the debriefing you will be given an individual report of your unique characteristics.
- It will take you approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the questionnaire. If it takes longer, you are spending too much time on each question. Be certain to fill in all of the requested information as each answer is essential to the scoring.
